MES/Advanced Automation (Production Information & Shipping system-PRISM)

Client:

Abu Dhabi Gas Co (GASCO)

From:
  2009
To:

2010

Brief:

The Production Information and Shipping Management System (PRISM) was awarded by Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd. (GASCO) to Honeywell on 19th February 2009.

PRISM solution caters to the growing business of GASCO and it is very much holistic in nature i.e. fully integrated consisting of frameworks for Integration and Development in addition to a set of Commercially, off-the-shelf integrated modules.

Trust Technical Services was contracted by Honeywell to implement a web-based TruSafe™ - Emission Monitoring Module (one of several modules in TruSafe™), meeting the HSE business requirements, track and manage emission levels in all of GASCO facilities across various sites.

Modules:

Air Emissions Monitoring

TruSafe™ manages and keeps track of air emission levels in all of GASCO's facilities across various sites.  It retrieves the data automatically from Continuous and Predictive Emission Monitoring systems through the different real time databases (RTDBs), calculates air emissions, tracks all activities related to air quality and performs calculations & data validation as well as reporting

The main features of Air Emission Module in TruSafe are:

*Keeps track and manages emission levels in all of                          GASCO  facilities across various sites.

*Interface with the Real Time Database system for getting flow,  temperature, pressure, analyzer and other measurements.

*Interfaces with LIMS data for reading values of results for different compositions.

*Estimates emission rates using a library of emission formulae.

*Manual data entry screens in case data is not automatically available.

*Interfaces with PEMS and CEMS (via RTDB) to collect emission results.

*Provides notifications when a certain value exceeds limits.

*Provides reports on emissions, compliance, calibration and summary  reports.
